全硬65Mn弹簧钢 硬质钢65Mn热处理状态
65 mn spring steel manganese increased hardenability, phi 12 mm steel oil can be hardening, surface decarburization tend to be smaller than silicon steel, after heat treatment of the comprehensive mechanics performance is better than that of carbon steel, but there are overheating sensitivity and temper brittleness. Used for small size flat, round, seat cushion springs, clockwork spring, spring also can make the spring ring, reed valve spring, clutch, brake spring cold rolled and cold drawn steel wire spiral spring.
65Mn弹簧钢 锰提高淬透性，φ12mm的钢材油中可以淬透，表面脱碳倾向比硅钢小，经热处理后的综合力学性能X于碳钢，但有过热敏感性和回火脆性。用作小尺寸各种扁、圆弹簧、座垫弹簧、弹簧发条，也可制作弹簧环、气门簧、离合器簧片、刹车弹簧及冷拔钢丝冷卷螺旋弹簧。

碳 C ：0.62～0.70
硅 Si：0.17～0.37
锰 Mn：0.90～1.20
硫 S ：≤0.035
磷 P ：≤0.035
铬 Cr：≤0.25
镍 Ni：≤0.25
铜 Cu：≤0.25
65Mn弹簧钢 力学性能：
抗拉强度 σb (MPa)：≥980(100)
屈服强度 σs (MPa)：≥784(80)
伸长率 δ10 (％)：≥8
断面收缩率 ψ (％)：≥30
硬度 ：热轧,≤302HB;冷拉+热处理,≤321HB
65Mn弹簧钢 热处理规范及金相组织：
热处理规范：淬火830℃±20℃,油冷; 回火540℃±50℃(特殊需要时,±30℃)。
金相组织：屈氏体。
●交货状态：热轧钢材以热处理或不热处理状态交货，冷拉钢材以热处理状态交货。
